What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We ship flat rate priority mail.
Depending on the size of the order and what size the items are will determine box(es) size and rate

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We take all major credit cards.
Cash can be used for in store pickup.

How long will delivery take?

Priority Mail from the USPS is generally 2-3 days once the order has been shipped. Processing the order will generally take 1-2 days for shipment to reach the mail service. In store pickup customers will receive a phone call when the order has been pulled from the shelves and ready for pickup.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website uses an SSL. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our staff will see the order come in. The order will be pulled from the shelves and packaged up. The order will be shipped. You will recieve your order and enjoy your items. 

A very simple process since we haven’t invested in robots to process the orders. Though it works quite well.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will get an invoice delivered to you in your email. If you do not receive one check your spam or other folders. If you still have not received one please use this form or call us to have it resent.
